Doctor Visits

6 Things You Must Know About Sleep
1. Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.

2. You are how you sleep. Your nighttime sleep affects your daily life. Don’t cheat on sleep.

3. Make time for sleep. Sleep is as important as exercise and nutrition for a healthy life.

4. Sleep is essential to good health, safety and optimum performance. Lack of sleep affects your mood and behavior and contributes to a poor performance.

5. Make sufficient sleep a priority. A good night’s sleep should be a regular part of your schedule.

6. Learn to recognize sleep problems. Daytime sleepiness or sleeping problems can signal a sleep disorder that usually can be treated.

Roger has spent the last couple of weeks doing routine visits to the Doctor. He's been concerned about sleep apnea so his Dr. scheduled a sleep test for him last week. We're still waiting for the results on that test.

He also completed his first colonoscopy this morning and came out of it with a clean bill of health. No polyps or abnormalities in his colon at all. Yahoo for that!!

He went to the eye Dr. last Friday and got a new perscription for his glasses.

Now back to the Dentist on Dec. 1st to see if he can do something about those missing teeth! Stayed tuned for future news on that.

I'm gonna take a wild guess that Roger does NOT know that you posted a photo of his intestinal track on the world wide web?

Truth be told...it's really not his. His pictures were live and in color and a little to real to life to post on the blog. I tried to find something "generic" looking for effect.
